We specialise in hand-making stunning antique hemp linen rugs, tableclothes, cushions, pillows, bolsters, lampshades, runners , blinds and bedspreads to any size.
They go perfectly with our antique gustavian, biedermeier swedish antique furniture and make a great visual centre piece to your living room, bedroom, study or hallway
We use only very rare 80-100 year old handwoven antique jute linen that comes in natural rolls with a variety of coloured stripes down the centre and we can colour match your decor with our special dyeing process.
Every roll is unique and cannot be repeated.It has a lovely texture underfoot and gives a wonderful warm and rustic feel perfect for modern living.
Its a great alternative to fitted carpet or the ubiquitous persian rugs and
is perfect to compliment lovely wooden flooring and provide soundproofing
from footfall noise if you live in an apartment.
We can make rugs in any size for you and can create a variety of amazing patterns or
just plain simple elegance as you wish.
All rugs and runners are recommended to be matched to 11mm super underlay and they can be
sewn together velcro-ed as you wish to allow for the runner/carpet to be cleaned.
