Stunning C.1860s Swedish antique Gustavian table or desk with central drawer and lots of detail.

It has a great feel to it and is a superb example of a period Swedish Gustavian table. You can use it as desk, vanity table, hallway table or side table so it is very versatile.

The patina finish has a superb grey white colour hue to it which will go with most interior colour schemes and it features the classic gustavian ribbing on either side of the central drawer.

It also features delicate fluting on the slender legs giving it a lovely profile and the back is plain with no decoration.

It features the usual marks of age and is structurally sound for daily use with care.

This antique swedish gustavian table aslo has rhombus-shaped decorations atop the legs and a rhombus design also decorates the drawer. The plain finish on the back allows it to be placed against a wall or in the centre of a room as required.

The Gustavian table has a brass handle/knob on the drawer.
