Swedish antique Gustavian table desk with central drawer from circa 1860s with a single drawer.

Lovely period piece with a simple design and deeper single central drawer.

You can use it in many ways as a desk, display table, table  in your hallway or side table so it is very versatile.

The patina finish has a superb white grey colour hue to it which will fit most interior design concepts and it features the classic gustavian notching on the pyramid legs  and ribbed detailing on either side of the central brass drawer knob.

It also features delicate fluting on the slender legs giving it a lovely profile and the back is plain with no decoration.

It has all the usual marks of age and is structurally sound to use it every day with care.

The plain finish on the table back meansn you can either place it against a wall or in the centre of a room as required by your design vision..
