Rare antique Mora Clock from Sweden from early 1800s with unusual Biedermeier  French polish finish body and hood . This mora clock at approx 220cm with a nice clean face with some small enamel loss and has very detailed carving on the body and hood.

The body has the usual wood movement and paint distressing common to a clock of this period.

The clock is sold ‘as is’ : as a decorative piece only with the original mechanism and pendulum but not guaranteed to be in working order – If you want it working we can fit a professional hi torque battery mechanism for time keeping ( +£150) or you can have a great sounding chiming mech which replays the recorded chime through a small speaker with a volume control and 8 hour night off switch (+£250).
