Art Deco Armchairs AR101 Sold

Pair of Swedish Art Deco Armchairs with classic early 1900s Art Deco construction .

They have the usual golden birch bentwood arms in a rich mid oak color French polish finish.

The armchairs are structurally sound and the stuffed seat is fully sprung with 5″copper coil springs.

The extra deep seats on these armchairs make for a great sitting experience and is one reason why they are so sort after.

The front legs will be repolished to a matching colour  prior to shipping as one of the pair has faded a little.

The design of these Art Deco  armchairs  make them perfect for both modern and classic interior projects.

The choice of your fabric when you reupholster the pair of armchairs can really change the look of them.

Since the original fabric on these chairs is old and should be changed as it shows wear and marking of age.

We can reupholster the chairs for you prior to shipping for an extra cost – you will need to supply us with 8-10 m of standard width upholstery weight fabric.

Remember we will fully re-polish them too to bring out the lustre in the top grade golden birch veneers.
